Working hours | Flextime system Standard working hours: 8 hours per day Core time: 11:00-18:00 Flexible time: 8:00-11:00/18:00-20:00 |
Salary | 4 million to 6 million yen (basic salary 333,300 to 500,000 yen) Overtime allowance: Outside legal working hours (60 hours or less): 25%, Outside legal working hours (60 hours): 50%, Legal holidays: 35%, Late night: 25% paid separately Will be determined based on skills, experience, and track record. |
