In addition to being represented by Kitano, who was involved in the development of Chouseisan when it was offered by Recruit Co., Ltd., the two directors and outside directors have also been involved in the product since their days at Recruit. In addition to these people, the organization has many people from major companies as well as IT ventures.

    Representative Director
    Tomohiro Kitano
    Dropped out of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Kwansei Gakuin University. Started freelancing in website and app development while still in high school, and joined Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. in October 2014 as an engineer intern in the new business division. For four years until 2018, he was in charge of developing new functions and user growth measures for "Choucho-san", achieving a 260% increase in users in four years. He then founded Mixtend Co., Ltd., and acquired the business of Chocho-san and other businesses in March 2018. In January 2020, he released the schedule adjustment automation tool "TimeRex", and by August 2024, TimeRex had over 300,000 registered users.

    Rajesh Jayan
    Born in India and raised in Dubai. After graduating from the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore, he participated in multiple projects as an engineer and technical consultant at a global IT company based in Singapore. After serving as CTO at a startup, he came to Japan and joined Mixtend as the second engineer in April 2019. In May 2020, he was appointed CTO and led the launch of TimeRex and the growth of Chosei-san from a technical perspective. He is multilingual, speaking Japanese, English, Hindi, and Chinese.

    Director and Chouseisan Business Manager
    Fumika Odaka
    Graduated from the School of Science and Technology, University of Tsukuba. While attending university, he was in charge of business development for "Chouseisan" in the new business division of Recruit Co., Ltd., and engaged in domain strengthening and user acquisition measures through alliances. In April 2017, he joined Oracle Japan as a new graduate and was in charge of sales of cloud products, mainly IaaS and PaaS. In April 2019, he joined Mixtend Co., Ltd. as the second employee. He was a founding member of TimeRex and was responsible for UI/UX design. In October 2023, he was appointed business manager of Chouseisan, and released iOS/Android apps and the Chouseisan business. In July 2024, Chouseisan exceeded 8 million MAU.

Please tell me the selection process
The selection process will be as follows:
0. Casual interview (main purpose is to help you understand our company, no evaluation will be conducted)
1. Document screening
2. First interview
3. Job offer (offer interview)
For engineer and designer positions, a selection task will be conducted after the interview. For other positions, selection tasks may also be conducted.
Is it possible to work part-time?
It is also possible to join as a full-time employee working 6 hours a day or 4 days a week to suit your lifestyle. Please feel free to discuss this during a casual interview.
